Little by little the attempt day approaches.
In terms of running its been quite uneventful. I have a plan I created to run a sub 25 minute 5K and all I need to do is follow it.
Its definitely something I need to think about for other areas of my life. Having a schedule somehow introduces a level of accountability that means you feel guilty for slacking off.
So that’s all there is to it this week. Set yourself a goal, make a plan, and you’ll suprise yourself with what you achieve,
